Who is Michelle Nicole Stokes , Ceo Clinch Entertainment

Michelle Nicole Stokes, born in Detroit, Michigan and grew up in the suburbs of Woodland Hills, CA was destined to conquer the entertainment world. Her parents are Grammy Award Winning Producer Michael and Fashion Icon Designer, Linda Stokes of LSO Designs. In 2007 Michelle started Clinch, a special events marketing firm which brings both of the expertise, contributing traits that she learned from both of her parents life works into one company, CLINCH. 

Clinch also specializes in event planning, marketing, publicity, product placement for television, movies, music videos, advertising campaigns and special events promotion. Through research and experience, Michelle brings a creative flair to each client’s needs as she takes the thoughts, visions and ideas of each client and turns them into unbelievable reality. In 2018, Michelle and her company Clinch Entertainment, partnered up with Charles Singleton and TreImage, to bring her creme de la creme clients in the entertainment industry major licensing and branding opportunities. As Clinch was able to supply the celebrities, TreImage was able to bring in the major corporate opportunities, which made for a perfect partnership between the two companies.

Michelle ‘s A-List Clients includes companies such as Swarovski Crystals, OPI,  Maxwell Dickson, Sprinkles Cupcakes, MMPA Oscar Luncheon, 31 Ten Lounge. Clinch presents Wednesday Nights Preux and Proper, DTLA.Networks including BRAVO, BET, Roc Nation, VH-1, and WeTV network. Celebrity Clients Includes Beyonce, Britney Spears,Cher, Celine Dion, Sean Combs, Jennifer Lopez , Gwen Stefani, Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, Ceelo Green, Will I Am, Mariah Carey, Magic Johnson, Kobe Bryant, Gary Payton, Gary Sheffield, Andre 3000 , Mary J. February 2014, Michelle co-produced the 2014 NBA All Star Weekend in New Orleans at the Harrahs Hotel and Casino hosted by LA Clippers Chris Paul, with appearances by Miami Heat’s Dwyane Wade, Kevin Hart, Gabrielle Union, Meagan & Lamyia Good, Monica, Big Freeda, and 2 Chainz. 

Back In 2015, Michelle Co-Founded Launch Thursdays with Casey Lee at the exclusive Xen Lounge owned by Duane and Tisha-Campbell Martin (Martin/My Wife and Kids). We feature the best untapped artists in LA and world wide. In 2016, Michelle took on the role as the Fashion Coordinator for DOPE Networks 2016 pre- Grammy “Rock The Yacht” Fashion Show in Marina Del Rey CA. Introducing her luxury swimwear  “Cruise Couture”, which she is co-owner/designer with daughter Milan Christian Dior Stokes. Cruise Couture was featured in 2016 LA Fashion Week. Check out Michelle’s Fashion blog titled “Coffee With Cream” which features the latest in fashion up to 190,860 views to date. 

In August of 2021, Michelle  went into production on her first featured Sag Film titled. " I AM GITMO"  for Cinema Libra Studios and Cinema Libre Diversity and it's Ceos Chris Brown and Phillippe Diaz. Our film was shown at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival in Nice, France as 1 out of the 6 only Americans films selected.  

Michelle is credited as the Key Costume Designer on IMDB currently.

Michelle's company "Clinch Entertainment". was featured in VoyageLA magazine on  October  27th, 2021 issue in the Hidden Gems /Local Businesses & Creatives section.

On October 18th, 2022 Clinch is to co-producer alongside Casey Lee  "Proud Creator"  a industry monthly mixer to bring actors, writers, directors, producers, as well as musicians and other creators together in one room. Proud Creators is set to launch October 16th, 2022  from 4PM-8PM Vortex Studios located at 758 N.  Highland Ave, in Los Angeles.
